Phase 1   

Phase 1: The focus of phase 1 is to establish a roadmap from meme tokens to serious projects with meme undertones. Too many meme tokens do not establish themselves early on as a serious project which cause problems later when they want to be taken seriously. The Eta for this phase is 4-8months. We will begin the next phase if all the current events in the phase are actively being worked on.

Merch Shop:
A merch shop will create brand awareness. The key here is affordability over profits. The biggest mistake brands make is not making merchandise affordable. Just because you can charge a certain price doesn’t mean that price is optimal to the long-term goal. Ideally you want to be able to cover basic costs but make a small profit as the marketing of people wearing your brand will exceed the money you get from each sale.

Fan site:
Any official giveaways, airdrops, spoilers or teasers will be on the fan site. This will give our community the ability to promote official community activities so that we can protect our community from bad actors.

Project Wallstreet Shadow Generator:
This is an innovative concept to unite the various aspects of the trading markets. This will also bring together certain utilities to be united in one location. We will also be publicly promoting our Czerka Digital Assets and Classification System at this time. Features will include a DAO for governance, and launchpad. There already a letter of intention with a company who ready to begin once funding in available


Project E.T.E Starkiller Base:
This platform is aimed as our own marketing platform that will allow us the freedom to change not only how people learn but how they engage content. Our unique take on monetization approach to our customers that is rarely seen in any business type.
We located and made an agreement with an American based company who has vision and talent to produce a quality and innovative platform that rarely features in the industry.

Phase 2   

Phase 2: The focus of Phase 2 is to expand our brand awareness while implementing the second phase of our company development. The secondary goal of this phase is to create an educational platform and presence, alongside a marketing campaign to promote our indices. The estimated time for this phase, following Phase 1, is six months or less. 

However, marketing will be an ongoing process from this point on.

Marketing Phase:
The first step in this phase is to inform everyone about our platform and token. Heavily marketing without a product wastes valuable capital resources, as without a product, you are only buying fleeting hype. This phase will begin notable ad campaigns on various platforms. We aim to do what very few crypto projects have done by becoming sponsors at various local festivals around the US to expand the physical, person-to-person market.

Czerka Labs Comprehensive Website Launch:
This will be our official website with all the links to our products, making it easier to find everything related to Czerka Labs in one place.

Establish Local Physical Office:
This is a critical step in establishing a credible presence among our sponsors and partners. As we eventually graduate to our building or campus, we want people to be able to come and say hello.

Community Ideas deployment Team and page launch:

In order to continue to be innovative while being practical in approach, we will launch a team whose sole purpose is to find community given ideas, then create a plan to launch said idea. This team will also be tasked tin creating monthly newsletter while also hosting Q/As.

Phase 3

Phase 3: This phase is dedicated to international expansion.

Establish Czerka International Branch:
Currently Europe would be our targeting continent in which our international brand would be established. Outside of Dubai Europe has established itself as being crypto friendly there already products being established regularly that are not allowed in many other countries. This would allow us to create market products where they are allowed and then bring those products to the states when regulations are more friendly.

Establish Targeted Learning Centers:
Despite living in a digital age people often prefer hands-on learning with them being able to work with someone. There will be many digital self-learning experiences available for people to learn on their own time. However, people will often continue to use your products when you make it easy for them to use
then are willing to teach them how to use it.

 

Project Z:
This is a social media-based project. All information is currently classified. Umbrella will release moreinformation when the time is right.
