Our goal is to have a multi-tier grant program.
Tier 1- Business establishment
or nonprofit.
Tier 2- Inventory or location grants.
Whether it's to secure office space and supplies, including computers, or to begin inventory management, this grant is designed to assist in initiating these processes.
Tier 3 - Software or Platform Grants.
Developing platforms and software applications can be very costly. The purpose of this grant is to assist new business owners in creating their MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This is crucial for software-based businesses to demonstrate the viability of their business model.
Tier 4- Hybrid Venture capital funding grants.
The issue with venture capital is the fact business owners often own very little after several round of seed funding. We want to be able to take over this part of funding in order to give business owner more of their business. While taking a very small cut 5-10% in order to fund future business owners. Best of all small business will have full support of our network and resources throughout the life of their business. This is done to encourage repeat business throughout their business cycle.

We are funding our nonprofit by small donations, a portion of Czerka Labs revenue, and hybrid venture capitalist projects.
